It helps if you tell us your device (for example, iPhone 17 or iPad Air), the level number, and what happened.

How do I play?

Drag letters from your rack onto the board to make a word in a straight line, across or down, connected to letters already there. Tap Play to place it. Every word you play costs one of the level's words, so reach the goal before they run out. You can open How to Play any time from the ? button on the home screen.

I'm stuck on a level

• Shuffle your rack. It's free and often reveals a word you missed.
• Use the Lantern joker to light up a word you can play.
• Go for 5, 6 and 7-letter words. They earn Spark, Blast and Wild Star power letters that clear blockers fast.
• Out of words? Once per attempt you can take five extra words and keep going.

Why wasn't my word accepted?

Every word your play forms has to be a real word, including the short ones it makes alongside existing letters. Check the letters above, below and beside your new tiles.

How do I start over?

Open Settings (the gear on the home screen) and choose Reset progress. This clears your stars and scores on this device and can't be undone.

Will my progress move to a new phone?

Progress is saved on your device, so it doesn't sync between devices yet.
